Meeting with Member of the Legislative Council Frankie Yick Chi Ming

In May 2024, the Hong Kong Energy, Mining and Commodities Association held in-depth discussions with Member of the Legislative Council Frankie Yick Chi Ming from the Transport sector, the Agenda focus in the project related to getting the Approval from London Metal Exchange (“LME”) to list Hong Kong as good delivery point with warehouse. Frankie Yick pointed out that this project has the potential to promote the development of Hong Kong's industries and economy. He expressed a desire to collaborate with other relevant departments, such as the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the Transport and Logistics Bureau, and the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, to further advance the project's development.
