Brent crude oil price hit a new high thanks to the closure of North Sea oil pipeline

BBC reported that the pipeline which connecting North Sea oilfield with the Forties in Scotland may have to be closed for three weeks for maintenance due to the occurance of oil spill. The news advocated Brent crude oil price hit a new high that Brent crude oil price for future (Febraury) rose USD 1.29 or 2%, closed at USD 64.69/barrel.
