China Hongqiao Group Limited spent 16.36 million for repurchasing nearly 200 million shares

China Hongqiao Group Limited (01378) repurchased 1,973,500 ordinary shares of the Company at the highest and lowest prices of HK$8.45 and HK$8.17 per share respectively on 11 December 2017. The aggregate purchase price paid for the Share Repurchase was approximately HK$16,367,000. The repurchased shares represent approximately 0.02% of theexisting total number of issued shares of the Company.
